Supplying artwork
Use Artwork You Are Authorised to Provide.
By supplying a logo or other artwork, the customer confirms that they have the right or authority to provide it for reproduction. Vector artwork is preferred where available; otherwise supply a high-resolution PNG or JPG. Suitability is checked before production.
Changes or cancellations may not be possible once bespoke production has begun, and change-of-mind returns may be restricted. This does not affect statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
